SanJuana Hernandez
Office Manager
SanJuana has been with Concorde since 1993 after six years of service in the U S Army as an Administrative Specialist working for Command personnel and later in the Criminal Investigation Division.
SanJuana is responsible for the management of all of Concorde's retail centers as well as assisting with the Third Party Management.
In her capacity as office manager, SanJuana manages all the administrative functions of the Corporate office.
SanJuana also plays an integral part in the development of new projects working with both contractors and tenants on leases, construction criteria, buildout allowances, permits and various other aspects involved in putting together a Center.
